Welcome to Food is a Journey.
I’m Alicia and I’ve been on a food journey my entire life. I love to cook and my friends consider me somewhat obsessive about food (yeah, they are probably right). Through my journey I’ve learned some powerful, amazing things and it’s time to share. Health and food knowledge is constantly changing. We should eat this – shouldn’t eat that. Well, some days it’s just hard to keep it all straight. I hope to help simplify it for you. I’ll be sharing my experiences of my own food journey and how changing what I put in my body has changed my own (and my family’s) health for the better. On a weekly basis I hope to give you a challenge – make you think – and get you to go outside your box at least once. Food is a Journey and no two people are at the same place in that journey. I respect that. If you’re reading this, you are at least curious about improving your diet, health, and vitality. Let’s take it one step at a time – together.
